Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Dstrakt, we aim to keep your shopping experience clear and fair. Please review our policy below regarding orders, cancellations, and purchase options.

Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but does not guarantee immediate processing. All items are subject to acceptance and availability.

Order Processing
Because our products are made-to-order through a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment provider, production begins shortly after an order is placed.

Once processing has started, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

  • After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed and may not be possible.

  • If cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Changes
Once an order is confirmed, it may not be possible to change the order. Contact us at thedstrakt@gmail.com for further discussion.

Made-to-Order Products
All items are made specifically for each customer. Once production begins, your order is locked into production and cannot be cancelled or altered.

Pre-Orders / Drops (if applicable)
For limited releases or pre-order items:

  • All sales are final once the order is placed

  • Estimated shipping dates will be clearly stated on the product page

  • Delays may occur due to production demand

Refunds After Cancellation
If your cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are still entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees.
