Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

With all tags attached

In original packaging (if applicable)

Undergarments, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons) unless faulty
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges for different sizes or colors.

If the item you want is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost.
How to Start a Return
