Return & Refund Policy

At Dstrakt, we want you to love what you listen to, and wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Items can be returned within  30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

    • With all tags attached

    • In original packaging (if applicable)

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Undergarments, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons) unless faulty

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer exchanges for different sizes or colors.

  • If the item you want is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

    • The item is defective

    • The wrong item was sent

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thedstrakt@gmail.com with photos and order details.

  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at thedstrakt@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the provided address.
